This turbo kit comes with everything you need to install the S300 frame turbo on to your 2007.5-2017 6.7 cummins INCLUDING THE TURBO.
This kit utilizes the New High Flowing 3rd Gen Style T4 Exhaust Manifold, Stock air intake, stock downpipe, and stock intercooler piping is utilized which makes the install very clean and easy.
This Kit includes all the small parts/hardware necessary to install including gaskets, nuts and bolts. THIS IS A 100% COMPLETE BOLT IN KIT
WHY GO NON VGT?
The factory VGT turbo is very problematic and commonly fails on the 6.7l cummins engines. This Kit replaces it with a very reliable Non VGT S300 frame turbo! The Factory VGT on the 6.7l Cummins is known for causing incredibly high drive pressure which can cause premature head gasket failure as well as generate excessively high EGT's. This turbo Has a larger Shaft, bearings, turbine, compressor wheel etc and is a much more durable turbo than the stock HE351 VE.Not only is this turbo more reliable, it also flows more, these turbos support up to 650 HP and most customers gain about 1-2 MPG when switching to this kind of turbo!This turbo spools like stock and is GREAT for Towing heavy loads every day.
