The AFE BladeRunner GT Series Intercooler Kit offers extreme durability and greater airflow over the factory intercooler system in your 2018-2019 Ford F-150 3.0L Powerstroke. The 46-20362-B features an aluminum 3.5" thick bar & plate core with 3/16" TIG-welded aluminum end tanks combined with mandrel bent wrinkle black powder coated 2.5" hot side and 3.5" to 3" cold side pipes for maximum airflow. The BladeRunner Intercooler Kit utilizes factory mounting locations and factory style quick-connects, making installation a breeze.

 

Billet Aluminum Inlet & Outlet:

This BladeRunner Intercooler and tube kit features factory style billet aluminium quick-connect adapters that ensure a perfect seal while maintaining superior strength and durability.

 

TIG-Welded:

100% TIG-welded for race proven strength and durability. TIG-welding provides the strongest welds, reducing stress cracks.

 

Flow and Performance:

The included tubes are powder-coated wrinkle black and are constructed of mandrel-bent aluminum for maximum airflow. The smooth transition bends decrease turbulence and minimize pressure loss, increasing performance. Also featured are heavy-duty 5-ply silicone couplings and stainless-steel spring-loaded T-bolt clamps.

 

Custom Appearance:

BladeRunner intercoolers feature a brushed finish with an aFe POWER logo on the front. The tubes are badged with an aluminum laser-cut aFe POWER logo.
